So this just started about a week or so ago. My dog sleeps in my bed/room with me and has for over a year. I take him out every night before I go to bed and everything. But recently he had been whining a lot for about 30/45 min every night before I go to bed. If I don't cuddle him or rub his belly constantly he won't stop whining.
