My Droid MotoBlur deleted all my contacts!?

Today in the middle of the day, I noticed that ALL my contacts were deleted!! Like my texts were all still there but it didn't say from who, just the number! What can I do?! And whut happened?! >.< plz help! I need those contacts!
 
If you havent already searched for the file heres how: this type of file is not hidden and will appear during a search. The last contact list is saved on your memory card as a .vcf file dated such as 030411.vcf. Go into your file manager and select import then search for .vcf and see what comes up. *)
