...are my rights? I have a little over 4 weeks paid holidays owing to me as I have been working in the same company for over 2 years now. I have been trying to save up to take a decent holiday, perhaps overseas, and do not wish to take a couple of weeks off just for the sake of it. My employers are pressuring me to take at least 2 weeks off straight away, however I do not want to, as I have not yet saved enough money to take a decent holiday, and then it will decrease the amount of time I can take off when I finally do save enough. What are my rights?
