Yet she'll eat really unhealthy food, or overeat after working out for like 45 min. She also goes out for "drinks" with this other girl who she claimed she hated (but that's another story). I'm just really sick of the complaining because as soon as summer comes around, she acts like a child and complains that she can't wear bikinis (though she does anyway) and that she can't find anything in her size (which is usually because she's trying to get things 10x too small, then throws a fit when she can't have it and her mom spoils her). Some background: she's 22, she's been overweight as long as I've known her but she's just recently started whining all the time, (and yes she is overweight; she's 5'4 and about 180 lbs, and I try to get her to workout with me because I am in great shape, but she blows me off). In my opinion, you have a choice and CAN change your body if you want to, you just have to WORK HARD. How do I tell her to cut it out with the whining already?

I don't think she really wants to lose weight, all she wants is to be happier. The weight is just an excuse, she probably wants a guy. And a lot of guys love girls like her. They like chubby girls who have the confidence to wear a bikini. Her body isn't holding her back.

She is jealous. But yes I know someone like that too. Tell her how u feel. Be firm but kinda. She will probably be mad at u but that's the spoiled part of her!

ask her if she wants some cheese with her wine, because that seems to be the only thing that is getting her attention, and not anything that you have offered to help her with, and now this is all that you have left to offer, right?

By being brutally honest with a calm and subtle voice. Just be casual. Start a normal conversation about any topic and then when she is talking interrupt her by suddenly dropping it on her. Tell her the truth and then say "I'm glad we had this talk" give her a quick pat with a smile and walk away.

tell her u dont wanna hear about her complain anymore and if she wants to change then do something about it
