My friend had some trouble with internet fraud can you help/?

She bought something on a 3 weeks trial They were not suppose to take the money out for the 3 weeks. They did it right away. It was $89. She paid with a debt card. It threw her bank account off. Will the bank help her with the fraud ? or should she get a lawyer, I dont think it will be any good to get one because of the amount and it was over seas
