My goldfish keeps getting a coating on his eye also his fins are looking

like they are web looking what can I? I have tried PIMAFIX and MELAFIX and Ick. None of them seemed to help he almost looks like he has ick on his head. That started after I used the 2 things to help him. I'm not sure what else to do? Please help???
