k, so I own 2 hamsters. When I bought them, I'm pretty sure the pet shop worker said he thought they are the same gender. But last night, one began "jumping" the other. He(?) would jump and shake her back, and then she(?) would run away, and then the male would come back and chase her playfully. Is this what you would consider...hamsters beginning to breed? They're dwarfs.
...I'm really not interested in owning tons of hamsters if they are! (How many are usually in a litter?) Should I seperate them? If I did...wouldn't they be lonely? They've never been alone since the day that I got them....What should I do?!
