My HTC Mogul is messing up. Help?

So when ever I try to send a text the phone will hardly let me type so it constantly switches between screens. Also, in my inbox, it will keep switching to the outlook inbox. And when I try to type, the keys won't work.

I've tried resetting the phone to manufacture settings and it does nothing helpful.

I can't buy a new phone so if anyone can tell me what to do that would be great Thanks!
