The company that I get my service from is in charge of the modem(I'm on a "patchwork" setup if that means anything. They said there's nothing wrong with their modem/server/etc.

So you are thinking it's NOT something on my end, that it's a line/ISP issue? I might have to go down and pester them some more.
P.S. I'm on a Macbook laptop. Everything was working fine up until about 3 weeks ago when the problem started.
