my internet is being unstable ?

my internet just blanks out every like 10min. and it comes back in under 12sec. normally its very fast and reliable. but once a while it just keeps going out every 10min for like 4-5hours straight. then stops dcing and goes to normal. anything i can do?

1. complain to your service provider...could be their end (esp if you have FIOS which has been unreliable in many areas since its so new)

2. Check your wireless settings (are you on wireless network?) and try changing the channel to a new one via your router settings.

Look up your router settings on google or something....
