My Internet is messed up!!! Help!!!?

Okay So yesterday I got up and the internet is all messed such as Youtube, Facebook, FNB Wrestling.net, Yahoo Mail, and others, what it is its page is messed up but I think it has something with Adobe Flash Player or Java Script but they both are installed and updated and its not working I need hepl from someone cuz I can't get any work done with this not working
