My internet is not working!!!Help please?

Internet won't run unless I'm using Internet Explorer(64 bit)and it really sucks because I cant watch videos or listen to music.Can someone help me A.S.A.P

load the 64 bit version of Firefox and load in the add section of firefox a program called I.E. View and should be good to go you can activate that thru the tools section in firefox tool bar
