My {internet} keeps disconnecting????? help?

my computer keeps disconnecting from the INTERNET........i have a router connected to the MODEM....and the MODEM is connected to my PC.....it disconects and the i have to go to control panel...and click on NETWORK connections and refresh the connection......then it starts working again plz help....
 
Sounds like it could be your router kicking you offline, watch the lights on your router and see if they do something different than normal. Can also try hard wiring to your modem and see if you still lose connection. If you still lose connection, call your ISP and see if they have any issues.
