no penalties? Hello,

I am currently a Telus customer, and my contracts for my different services expire in about two years. Because of lack of service, very non-competive prices and other issues, I want to switch to Shaw. I need to know if there is any loopholes in their contracts or just ways to get out of it without paying their expensive penalties.

Generally unless there is a major problem with their service, like they are unable to provide service any longer or for a large amount of time, you are in the contract until it ends unless you pay early termination fees.

I would not advice launching a missle at their offices as an attempt to cause the above :) lol.
