But in reality I never see those speeds even on private torrents which have about 800 seeds or downloading from Microsoft website the max download speed I get is about 1.1mb/s and upload about 50kbs/s. I live in NYC I use broadband my ISP is Time Warner Cable I have TV, Digital Phone, and Internet. My modem is Arris TM 402g/110. Is there anything I can do to increase my upload speed?</p></blockquote><p></p>
