im on a contract with 02 and i got an iphone rencently (say 3 months ago) but the phone is rubbish, it keeps freezing/turning off/touch screen doesnt work and now theres a wierd buzzing/electrical noise every time im talking on the phone. i dont have insurance but if i call 02 will they send me a new one? im pretty sure they wont but at the same time if i got a new TV from a shop and after 3 months it kept dieing on me surely ill get a new one under manafacturer warranty? thanks
