Whenever I plug it into my laptop to sync with iTunes, I just get a message saying that my iPhone is in recovery mode and should be restored. However, I've tried restoring my iPhone a countless amount of times and every time, the result is the same. I get a message saying that an unknown error occurred with the code 1604. I've connected my iPhone to all of the USB ports on my laptop and none of them worked. I've also tried uninstalling then reinstalling iTunes. My software is up to date and everything.
