I've tried holding down the home and wake/sleep buttons for periods of time ranging from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. Only once did the apple logo show up, which then promptly disappeared again. Tried again after plugging it in to the wall. And again after plugging it into the computer. I don't want to have to go to an apple store, cos I don't think I can afford to replace this one (I think my warranty is out now). What do I do? Is there any way I can reset it without turning it on? (Like some phones have another button that acts as a reset) I'm getting desperate...this is my only communication device besides my computer. :/</p></blockquote><p></p>
