Sounds like a fuel problem,if the fuel filter is not in the tank change it.If that does not help then have a fuel pressure test done could be the pump is getting weak.Run some sea foam in the fuel to clean the fuel system as it will clean the injectors also.

If you have to warm up a long time ( then it is in need of a tune up) It is called general maintenance.
