...Ctrl+alt+del to restart'' and nothing.? My laptop wont load up. It shows me this ''MLZIW is compressed Press Ctrl+alt+del to restart'' I did that and it brought me back to the same thing. I have windows 7 and I dont have the disk. TIA
Its not a virus, I was trying to compress my files and my whole block lost power so it didn't finish to compress and no I'm not using a free anti virus software. I do pay for my software's. :)
 
You also have virus. Reinstall called for. And I will bet New York to a brick that you are using a free anti virus.
 
You will probably have to do a factory recovery to restore your operating system. You have a corrupted some files when you lost power during the compression. Most laptops have a recovery partition for this purpose, post back with make and model and we can advise further, you will lose all your data however. You could try creating a windows 7 repair CD from a working (windows 7) computer, do a search on "backup" and choose the option to create a repair disk. Once done reboot the laptop with the disk and see if it can repair the problem, just make sure the repair disk is from the same version of windows 7
