ctrl alt delete? My laptop won't shut down and i have tried everything. I've hit escape and ive done ctrl alt delete and it's still shutting down. I've even tried the power button and nothing.
 
Press and hold the power button until it shuts down, if it still won't, remove the charger and battery.
Press and hold the power button again for 5 seconds, replace the charger and battery, turn on?
 
try holding the power button down or taking the battery out of the laptop
