My LG KS360 doesn't have Caller ID?

I recently got my first phone and it was the LG KS360. My problem with it is that it doesn't seem to have caller ID. When I call someone it was their name and number but when someone calls me it says Unknown and New Call. I tried calling myself using the home phone and still no luck. I've saved my numbers in my Contacts and onto my sim. Is it because my phone doesn't have Caller ID or is it that I turned it off somehow? Please Help Me and Thank You
