My lg Rumor 2 only says Hello?

I was using my Virgin mobile phone and all of a sudden it froze so i took out the battery but when I put it back in it wouldn't turn on, it just shows the "Hello" screen for about 12 seconds, turns off, turns back on and keeps doing it...
What do i do??
