My lg straight talk phone is messed up?

I had similar problems.
My LG phone went upside down, backwards and tinted blue. Then it went red and a whole whack of other problems.
First I would suggest taking out the battery and waiting a minute, and trying again.
However, the person at bell told me that some lg phones have major issues and are just produced wrong, so it could be time for a new phone.

This just started a couple of days ago but everytime i try to text and i push a letter like i want "g" and my phone would enter PG wgo .... idk random letters, but it will do that everytime i push a button idk what it wrong with it or how to fix it sometimes it will stop and work normal but now its going crazy again. HELP!! anyone please thanks
