My LG venice just randomly lost service?

okay so I got a LG venice four days ago, iv been texting on it and sometimes a 10 minute call. the company I use is boost mobile. so im texting one of my closest friend and it randomly lost signal and I cant get it back/. my sister has boost mobile too but a different phone and hers has full bars...why is my phone doing this? what can I do? please help..

WEird! I have Virgin Mobile and the same thing has been happening all day.. Just loosing service. No calls out or in, and no text messages out! I would go to Boost and ask why.
