My mollie fish has bumps on its body and tail!?
Could be Ick/White Spot. It's a very common parasite that lives in your fishes body, then burrows out, lives in the gravel for a while, reproduces there, then it's babies will infect your other fish. It's symptoms are faster breathing as it affects the lungs and white sugar-grain sized spots.
You can get treatment for it (Formaldehyde or Malachyte Green) which kill the babies and stop it infecting all your other fish, as that's the only time in their life cycle that they can be killed.
Make sure when you add the treatment you remove the carbon foam from the filter so that it doesn't filter it out, and heat the water to approx. 80 degrees F to speed up the life cycle.
Within a week it should be gone.
