My MOT has failed on emissions can anyone help?

Hi my MOT has just failed on emissions. It was the Lambda reading which was high. I have no idea what to do now can anyone help PLEASE??
Fast idle -
CO - 0.01 - PASS
HC - 31 - PASS
Lambda - 1.050 - FAIL

2nd fast idle -
CO - 0.00 - PASS
HC - 9 - PASS
Lambda - 1.045 - FAIL

Natural idle -
CO - 0.02 - PASS

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?
Forgot to say the car is a 2000 toyota corolla.
