my mp3 doesnt apear in my compuer.how can i fix it?

well..
i plug my mp3 in my computer to add new songs and all but nothing happends.. it appear that i have it pluged it in but i cant put music..it says that i have to look for the file but when i try to download it it says that i cant..its a brand new mp3 player..

I had the same problem (mine was RCA pearl) I got it at walmart ! I had 2 go online to get the driver for it. try using google as a search engine I found it 2 be the best for finding that kinda fhing
