It's not the dogs fault the thing looks half dead and can barely walk I feel so bad for him/her but it is driving me crazy! I don't want to be one of "those" neighbors but the dog whines all day, and it sounds like a pain whine not just a " I want to be inside " whine.
Then the yard, I mean we all have 2 story houses and are about 7-8FT from each other, if you want to live some place nice close to things you need like a grocery store or a gas station this is pretty much your only choice.... everyone knows you can see into everyone's backyard when you wake up and take a look at the foggy mountains in the morning but I am distracted by the shit battle field.
Our HOA sent out a letter about picking up after your dogs, and animal noise but these people just don't seem to care about their neighbors. Our other neighbors have dogs and they bark sometimes but its not annoying and I don't wake up to smell the fresh air and have to see the disgusting landscaping. My room is just next to the other neighbors who seem to care less.
Blah.
Oh' and Im not talking 5-6 shit piles, its close to 80 now. Yes...I counted because I was amazed. I thought it was a health hazard to have that much crap in your backyard.
Bob, it is kind of obvious I am looking for a solution even though I know what the solution is. Just want to complain and know I am not being a horrible neighbor for calling. Out here this kind of mess gets you a court date now. New Law.
