My Nokia 5610 won't turn on!!?

I bought a Nokia 5610 a while ago and now it won't turn on. I've charged it alot already. I think that the battery pack is loose because it keeps on falling out after I put it in.. but even if I hold it, my phone's screen will just flash black and white.. please hellpp

Same here happened after I was loading some files over to my mobile while it was on low battery then it goes off while i have syncing now it wont turn on... when I push the button I can see the logo a little " Nokia " then it blinks shadow 3-4 times and stops :S

Same shit hardware failure I think..
