Okay so i got the phone in the Middle of may... It was working fine but then last week it wouldnt play the song when i got a message. I tried deleting the song then putting it on again, restarting the phone, i restored it to the factory settings, and i set the ringtone as the default from when i got the phone and it still doesn't work.. I need help and i cant go to the store b/c its kinda far and my dad will think i broke it and be pissed..
