my packard bell easynote keyboad keep doing backslash(//////)..?

i have tried to take the key out and clean but no result..all other keys r working perfectly
can somebody please help..many thanks
can anyone help plz..i am using windows vista
 
first, find a very large sledge hammer. threaten your keyboard with it repeatedly to stop inputing the backslash. if this does not work, add some explicit language to the threats. if all else fails, smash the keyboard\general area around the keyboard until it is a pile of plastic shards. problem, what problem?
