My packard bell laptop will not turn on?

My mums Packard Bell laptop had started running slowly and in the past few weeks whenever she turns it on t will log on and she can be on 5 mins and it will turn back off again and now it will not turn on even when the mains adapter is connected and also the charging light is not flashing like it normally does does anyone know what is happening? thatnks

my cousin has a packard bell and it did exactly what you just said, you just have to get it fixed by the shop where you purchased it. :)
