My computers not recognising the CDrom drive. I found the problem and one of the drivers is missing or corrupted. I tried to use the Application Driver Recovery cd, but the computer wont even recognise the cd. Is there any other way to get the driver?
logical that pc does not read cd because the dvd driver isnt working. in device manager you can trouble shoot the needed driver. otherwise check in bios if the dvd driver there recognized. if this does not work check cables inside the case.
