my pc wont regoise my motorola razr v3 moblie is there a software i can download?

when i conect it to my pc it says new software detected but then says it dusnt regoise it any answers please
 
You need Motorola phone tool which is a Motorola released software for driver and support for all USB based Motorola phone.

You could download them for free but you have to know where to look for them. It cost money to buy it from Motorola which in my opinion is a rip off because driver should be FREE especially uploading music via USB.
