my penis always itches before i go to be what is wrong?

i feel really dumb and weird talking about this... but whenever i lay down in be my penis and testicles start itching feriously and i can't help not to itch and itch and itch and itch. when i itch i don't neccesarily scratch my penis and balls. but i kindof pinch small bits of skin together to satisfy the everlasting itch. this only happens when i lay in bed though throughout the day i'm fine... what is wrong?

it might have a rash. there is a kind of medicine you can use to stop it from itching. go see a doctor....
