Message: <blockquote data-quote="Ashley" data-source="post: 2003122" data-attributes="member: 211048">When I kennel trained my last puppy, I gave her a stuffed teddy, a couple chew toys and a rawhide bone in her kennel.  I even put the kennel on the bed with me so she could see me and my adult dog slept beside the kennel.  If she started whining I'd say "Shhh go to sleep" and she'd stop.  She stopped whining and started sleeping in her kennel on the floor with-in a week and she now sleeps all night in her kennel in a different room.Another thing is if you take the puppy outside for a walk and to go potty right before you put her to bed she should sleep better.  Keep her up with you and put her in the kennel right before you go to bed, so she can't take a nap and wake up right as your going to bed.Good luck!</blockquote>
