I find this very disturbing and I feel weird to call 911 to report the situation because I know it doesn't seem like a emergency. Can this puppy be pyschologically messed up for being molested and is there an agency I can report this to and will the dog need help like from a dog therapist?  I don't want it growing up with behavorial problems or dangering my godson or other people for what the pervert did to her.</p></blockquote><p></p>
