My cousin had a birthday party for my godson and when I walked into the back room to check on the puppy I was giving my god son for his bday I found one of the kids who were poking the dog in it's vagina with a broom stick. I find this very disturbing and I feel weird to call 911 to report the situation because I know it doesn't seem like a emergency. Can this puppy be pyschologically messed up for being molested and is there an agency I can report this to and will the dog need help like from a dog therapist? I don't want it growing up with behavorial problems or dangering my godson or other people for what the pervert did to her.
