I have a RCA 40 inch CRT rear projection tv about 5 years old. Since recently when I switch it on after about 30 seconds a hissing sound starts and continues for the whole time I watch the tv. The video and the sound is perfect, they are not affected by the hissing sound. First I though they are coming off the speakers so turned them off but the hiss was still there. Could it be a flyback transformer problem? It seems to be coming somewhere close to the floor on the set. Please tell me what it could be or should I even be concerned?
