My rogers internet keeps cutting out?

As a gamer this is getting annoying, but every 20 minutes or so the internet cuts out and takes about 5 minutes to come back on. It only happens from the hours of 5 to 8 for me and according to a housemate it only happens when im home. We have 180 Gb bandwidth so is it a problem on our end or a problem on Rogers end.
Edit: Yes I am using wireless, but there are multiple people using it so where directly might solve the problem for me, it will not for others.
 
are you using wireless? if so try using a direct connection to the router with a ethernet cable. If that does not fix the problem, I suggest you call you ISP(rogers) and setup a appointment for them to come look at it as it could be a number of things.
