My boyfriend and I are both uncomfortable with PDA. It's not very polite and has the tendency to exclude people so we don't do it. But my roommate and her boyfriend... they're always in their own little world. They'd invite me to play games with them, and in the middle of it they would start a tickle fight and all I can say is "awww". And when this happens more than a couple of times, it just starts to get plain annoying... The boyfriend doesn't make eye contact with me unless it's absolutely necessary. When I go grocery shopping with my roommate, she always brings her boyfriend. Everytime I ask her opinions about what to get, she's talking with her boyfriend and does not hear me so I have to repeat myself a couple of times.
When I'm with my boyfriend and another friend, we always pay attention so that the friend doesn't feel left out. I always feel like a third wheel when I'm with my roommate and her boyfriend. What should I do? Should I just try to be ok with it?
