I know the update is available for it, I looked up info about in on the internet. A man at Verizon also told me that I should be able to get the update if I go to my settings.  I went to my settings and checked for updates, but it continues to say there are no updates available. I can't get certain apps due to my operating system being out of date. Can someone please help me figure out why it won't update.</p></blockquote><p></p>
