My Galaxy Ace won't turn on anymore. I only can see the Samsung logo and it stops there and I can't get past it. I didn't download anything big or whatever, I only use Facebook.
The last time I used my phone, I opened up Facebook and it kept loading and loading and then suddenly went back to my home screen. I decided to restart the phone, and that was when it stopped at the Samsung logo and wouldn't go any further.
It can charge and all, and I tried Googling how to fix it, and at one point a menu screen giving me options to reboot the phone and whatever came up. I selected to reboot it, but it just turned on again and stopped at the Samsung logo.
Some people said it died, so in that case how do I make it come back to life? I tried holding down the on/off button and home button, but it just turned on again and stayed at the logo. Please help me with this!!!
