Everytime someone sends me a picture and I go to hit "save picture" my phone freezes. I have to take that battery out and put it back in for my phone to go back to normal. It happens everytime someone sends me pictures and none of the pictures will save.
When i first got the phone and this happened, I sent it back and they gave me a new one. But it still has this problem. Do you know anyway I can fix it?
