...how to connect via bluetooth? i want to send pics and vids from my samsung phone to my laptop. i tried that bluetooth but it always says failed to connect. i also downloaded that PC suit thing but i dont know if that helps. if u can help me a step by step procedure on this or tell me things i need to download or do or whatever i will give u 5 stars, fave answer and my undying gratitude
