My son is 2 1/2 and otherwise a perfectly healthy, SMART, social, happy toddler --- but he is absolutely afraid when I, or anyone else, laughs! Its like he gets 'shocked' and runs right to me and freezes until it stops. Sometimes it makes me laugh even more than he's scared of laughter ... which causes him to be more scared too! Or he'll run away from me and hide in another room if I laugh. This is so very odd.. what could be causing this in him?? I dont understand.
