My sony ericsson W100i spiro wont send any messages?

A bit earlier i tried sending a photo to a friend and it said it failed, now everytime I send a message it doesn't send it. it isn't in my sent messages either. (no message pops up btw) I've tried deleting my inbox and outbox, if switched on and off a few times and taken the battery out but it still wont send a message. all it does after i press send and it quickly backs out to the menu with no sending message icon in the corner!! plz help me :(

Unfortunately, you don't say which network you are on, whether you are prepay or contract, and whether or not this has ever worked (and if so, when did you last try to send one).
