Message: <blockquote data-quote="alialoggi" data-source="post: 2204963" data-attributes="member: 440649"><p>I think you are over reacting too.  Anyone can get distracted in a car, talking to passengers or telling kids to stop fighting in the back seat (although we should try to ban kids fighting in the back seat lol).  I think its a driver who isn't paying attention who gets killed, and I don't think we should legislate paying attention while driving.  I agree with no texting laws, but cells phones have been my God send while taking long road trips.  Oprah doesn't have to worry about talking on a phone, while driving, because she's sitting in the back of a limo, on her phone!</p></blockquote><p></p>
