So my phone went dead last night and when I got home and plugged in the charger, the light where it's usually blinking green just turned completely red and the phone turned on to a white screen with the T-Mobile logo on it and then just went black (off) again. And every time I try to plug it back in, it does the same thing. I've tried using other plugs around the house and nothing works. Is this happening to anyone else?
