My theory on Jesus Christ is that the whole story was just made up by Saul of Tarsis from the expectations of messianic Jews and the life stories of a few men who were crucified by the Romans such as Benjamin the Egyptian.
 
I totally agree with Bill Schaef.

Jesus said "My sheep know my voice and follow me".

When God has spoken to me He uses no more words than are absolutely necessary to convey the message.
